Orders shipped via Lulu typically take 7–10 business days. Amazon-fulfilled orders usually arrive within 2–3 business days. Lulu offers higher quality prints, while Amazon is faster.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Can't find it? Email us and we’ll resend it.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping soon!

After you submit your email, you'll instantly land on a page with your Read-Along Video link — plus, you'll receive a backup email for future access.
I can't access my video. What should I do?
No worries! Email us and we’ll send you a fresh link or help you troubleshoot.
How long do I have access to my free video?
You have permanent access through the private Vimeo link we send. No expiration!
Can I share the Read-Along Videos with friends or my classroom?
You’re welcome to share our public YouTube videos. Private videos sent via email are for personal or classroom use only.
What’s included if I join the Storytime Club?
You’ll unlock access to all 16 Read-Along Videos, receive monthly printable activities, and have the option to get new storybooks mailed to your door. It’s a magical storytelling experience!

Yes! Every title is available in both hardcover and paperback editions.
Can I buy all the books together as a bundle?
Absolutely! We offer bundles by character and full collections — perfect for home or classroom libraries.
How does the subscription service work?
Each month, you’ll receive a new storybook by mail, plus full access to all Read-Along videos and printable learning activities. It’s a creative and consistent way to build literacy skills and imagination.
Can I gift a subscription or book bundle to someone else?
Yes! You can easily gift a subscription or bundle. It’s a meaningful and lasting gift.
Will you be releasing more stories or new characters?

What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
We're so sorry! Please send us a photo of the damaged book and your order number. We'll arrange a refund or free replacement — no returns required.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Email us at jules@visualizeresultsstories.com with your order number and a photo if applicable. We’ll take care of the rest!
How long does it take to receive a replacement or refund?
It usually takes 10–15 business days to process a replacement or refund, depending on our print partner.
